At Mancera Parfums, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the fragrance is in its original cellophane-wrapped box and securely pack it in a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and confirms its pristine condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
