Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that all Mancera Parfums products sold on our official store are 100% authentic, sourced directly from our laboratory in France.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days depending on customs clearance.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their original cellophane wrapping.
Do you offer samples before I purchase a full bottle?
We offer curated discovery sets and individual 2ml samples for most of our collection to help you find your signature scent before committing to a full-sized bottle.
Are Mancera fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Mancera Parfums does not conduct animal testing, and the majority of our fragrances are formulated without animal-derived ingredients.
How should I store my perfume to ensure longevity?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as in a bedroom drawer rather than a bathroom.
